Dirk,

FWIW....

We recently had a customer request similar to what you are asking. Parts
related inquiry. After digging deep into HTML 5 and SVG AND getting the ok
to move the app fully to the web, you are able to create parts applications
like this:

(hover over parts or hover over subfile of data) (data is from AS400 DB)

http://www.planetjavainc.com/wowADDONDEV/runApp?id=205&_pj_lib=WOWSAMP

If you can get them to enable browser interfaces, SVG is pretty powerful
for interactive parts apps.

Hello Dirk,

Our iSeries Office Integrator should be able to help you with this.

Feel free to check out our web site or contact me or our sales team if you
need a demo or have any questions.

A single CL command can be used to do what you need or you can call
complex scripts if needed.

Hope this helps.

Hi guys,

In my company we are looking for a valid alternative for IBM Webfacing. In
the (RPG)application after pressing a function key we'd like to show some
related pictures. Pressing another function key (or enter) we'd like to
return to the application. Important to know is that the users don't have a
pointing device on their PC.

Kr and a very happy new year !!!

Kr,
Dirk.
