I think you need to be a bit more specific with regard to the problems they are having. Does the character look OK to them on the browser when they key it in, put is incorrect when saved to the database, or vice-versa? Or are you saying that what they press on the keyboard is not what they see on the browser?

I have a customer in the UK who is getting some strange keyboard character transposition problems using one of our applications with the HTTPS server instance that we sent to him. Does anyone know how we can modify the server instance to adapt to the European keyboard. I'm assuming it is something simple .... perhaps in the Content Settings?
