Hi Richard,

We're updating some of our software, moving it from green screen to PHP and evaluating Apigility vs writing our own API layer from scratch. Obviously we're going to have to write the real meat & potatoes either way but hopefully we can leverage this so we don't have to do everything. As part of the transition we are planning to add a fair bit of extra functionality and allow for future changes that we don't necessarily know about now, hence separating the API out from presentation logic.
