I don't mean to take anything away from your contributions. Thank you for your contributions.

What I'm saying is, if one is not optimistic about other people's efforts to make the world a better place (professionally or otherwise), it's sometimes best to keep one's pessimism to one's self.

Hard work and a little luck will bring success often enough, if people don't let themselves be dragged down by pessimism.

supported in the long run.

I have been at this for 10 years and plenty of stuff has come and
gone but the the folks who are passionate about IBM i and open
source really haven't changed all that much. You see them on this
list and others. I am counting on their contribution, and a little
luck, to finally get a stable, long term site going.
