information) by grabbing the value from an environment variable and then
call a library list setting routine.

cgi_setLibraryList();

All that procedure does is get the port number and depending on that
pushes certain libraries onto the library list. You can also choose to
clear the library list first to make sure it's correct.

As far as how, I have my own set of library list ILE functions I wrote a
long time ago.
