I noticed someone doing this in a prior thread:

"Reduce the width of the browser screen until the mobile menu appears."

I wanted to mention that a few desktop browsers provide a mode for you to
test your Mobile Responsive apps.

In I.E. when you open the Developer tools with F12, the Emulation tab
allows you to pick your desired screen size and orientation.

In Firefox when you open the Developer tools with F12, there is a button
to activate "Responsive Design Mode". The button looks like a box within a
box, with an error pointing from the inner box to the lower right corner of
the outer box.

I'm not sure of the setting in Chrome, but I would be surprised if it
didn't also provide a Responsive Design Mode.
