I requested a SSL certificate from Symantec, and after all the
bureaucratic checking I received the mail with the new certificate. But
I do not find an option to "receive" as I read in one of the instructions.
I copied the certificate to a text file in the IFS and try to import,
but I got an response rejecting "la validacion del certificado"
The same happens when I imported the "Intermediate CA Certificate"
provided by Symantec.
Am I using the wrong option? or do I need to import something else?
I followed the instructions from:
https://knowledge.symantec.com/support/ssl-certificates-support/index?page=content&actp=CROSSLINK&id=SO5209
but instead of the Ok I got the error.
Thanks,
Happy Christmas
Raúl
After the Internet CA returns the signed certificate, use the Receive a
system certificate task to add the certificate into the system
certificate store that you specified when you created the certificate.
Se ha producido un error durante la validación de certificado. Puede ser
que el emisor del certificado no esté en el almacén de certificados o
que el emisor no esté habilitado.
