A conspicuous difference in the described scenarios, is the object-owner. What are the effects of a fourth scenario, starting and ending much like the second scenario, whereby?:

• He compiles
• A *ALLOBJ user requests the following to change object owner[ship] to NEWOWN(I) from the CUROWN(HE); i.e.:
CHGOBJOWN MYLIB/mypgm *PGM NEWOWN(I) /* I=Justin's usrprf */
• He copies
