It would be good programming practice to check the return value from CLCommand(), true or false, to see if it succeeded.

Do you see any errors in /usr/local/zendsvr6/var/log/toolkit.log?

You have debug=true. Anything interesting in /usr/local/zendsvr6/var/log/tkit_debug.log?
