WRKOUTQ QEZJOBLOG. If the server tried to start and failed there should be a job log.

Subject: [WEB400] can not start any HTTP servers

Hi all - I am dealing with an old V5R4 system and can not start any HTTP servers. Subsystem QHTTPVR is active, and so is QSYSWRK and QUSRWRK. When I do a STRTCPSVR *HTTP for any individual server, or for *ADMIN, or for
*ALL nothing happens. I can't find any error message anywhere, but
nothing starts. Any ideas where to look for the problem?
