I'm not sure when you say "switching to a web product" you mean a browser
based (html) 5250 or to a web page you have full control of..
You could give them a button or similar option to capture the name and
address, adding a carriage return line feed (CRLF) after each line and let
them copy paste that. Probably some way to enforce some font.

I have a user that lassos a name and address from an existing 5250 screen
and pastes it into WORD to print a label. It keeps the text in vertical
alignment like it appears on the screen.

We are in the process of switching them to a web product. When I attempt the
copy and paste from the web page, it pastes the text concatenated all
together in one line.

I would like to be able to give the user the same ease of use that he has
with the 5250 copy and paste, but not sure how to do that.
