I think the issue there is finding people that are willing to learn RPG. I
hesitate to say that because I do not want this to turn into an argument.
Reguardless of what you, I or anyone else thinks of RPG, the broader
programming community sees it as dead or dying. The first step in
convincing someone to learn RPG is going to be to convience them it is
still relevant and valuable. Do you have any suggestions on how to win
that arguement?

You could post your requirement on the midrange jobs list. I think

The only people I know are contractors who would not be looking for a
permanent position.

P.S. Wherever you post you need to either specify that working remote is
OK - or say where the location is.
