php.log says

loaded.

exist.

/usr/local/zendphp7/lib/php_extensions/zip.so.

 0509-150   Dependent module /usr/local/zendphp7/lib/php_extensions/zip.so
could not be loaded. in Unknown on line 0

but the zip.so file is in the IFS:
