I was actually looking for a PTF. But...

Okay, yum looks like a command...analogous to npm but not npm. I guess I need to learn something (else) new today. What is yum, exactly? And are my IBM i admins going to know how to run it?

Where do I find the info on Node.js v8.x for my IBM i admins? The latest I can find with Google is v6.
