I’m working with a US e-commerce client who wants to be able to do business
throughout Europe, including Baltic countries and Russia (though Russia may
present a separate problem). Could someone provide information/resources
to help/guide us with this effort? These are restful web services such as
inventory reservation/cancellation, inquiry as well as order input/
inquiry, change, and cancellation. The main concerns are the configuration
of the HTTP server and the CCSID issues involved with processing the
requests. Note, the country code and/or language code are part of the
URL. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
