I have a browser, Chrome.

And I have a file in the IFS, index.php, in a sub folder under the root (root/www/wiki/index.php)

I want to open that file up in Chrome. If my IP address for the i is 999.999.999.999, I have been trying the path http://999.999.999.999:84/www/wiki/index.php <http://999.999.999.999:84/www/wiki/index.php>

I am getting an error in Chrome indicating it cannot connect. I have also tried port 2001 but then I get a forbidden access message.

I am open to suggestions in terms of how to access a file on the IFS in a browser. Thank you.
