IWS does create the formats for you. But the WSDL or Swagger documents,
are editable. So you can go into those and make adjustments as needed.

Correct as long as you can live with the SOAP/REST formats that IWS
uses.

You don't always have control of this. Sometimes the party needing to
use the service dictates the format of the message/response data and if
it does not match what IWS supplies then you have to build it yourself.
