Just so you know, you are able to generate PCML and store in a file using:

CRTBNDRPG PGMINFO(*PCML *STMF) INFOSTMF('/tmp/mypgm.pcml')

Or if module:

CRTRPGMOD PGMINFO(*PCML *STMF) INFOSTMF('/tmp/mypgm.pcml')

Then you can update the IFS file.
