The options I know of is to set it from you web service implementation
code via an output parameter designated for HTTP headers OR you can added
it via the Apache HTTP[1] server by specifying it in the configuration,
for example:

<Directory /var/www>
Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "https://s.codepen.io";
</Directory>
