Mike, from the many systems I've connected with, they're all so different
it's hard to make a one size fits all application.

If you're getting tokens with just user id and password (which Greg
mentioned, and I know Vertex does), I do have a solution for that at
www.bvstools.com/vtcloud.html.

I also have many other solutions. But some require HTTPS callbacks to your
server which makes things a little trickier (well, a lot actually) for
initial setup. There are ways around that sometime but to be honest, when
I see how people do them they have to be security holes that will be
plugged sometime.

Let us know who you're connecting with. Maybe there is a solution out
there, or if it is one that I have already done can modify to be available
as a product.

debugging (when using MAILTOOL Plus) - Bypassing the IBM SMTP server means
that we can fully debug and track down sometimes hard to find problems.

Hi , we need to connect another server from ibmi to pickup data in json
documents. Any ideas or sample codes?

FYI- I have installed YAJL and able to connect to GET URL with success.

here are the requirements, where I could use some sample code.

1. Log in to second server using login and password
2. get token and post it token back to pick up json data.

many thanks
Mike
