How does one check to see if a system is blocking excessive API calls?
We have a PHP-based external WEB server that places calls to SQL stored
procedures via ODBC. One call runs several times during the night to update
the WEB version of the master item file. Several thousand records.
Right now, it appears the routine is running, but the web server only sees
about 20 actual updates.
I've gone through all of the logs and have not found anything about
blocking the calls.
