We are using the HelpSystems ROBOT Scheduler to run all of our planning jobs
(MRP,MPS, SFC) at night and run our period end jobs the same way.

Using ROBOT Scheduler's auto learn feature (RBTSTRLRN), you can capture a
job as it is submitted to batch and the auto learn feature captures all of
the necessary information (LDA, library list, call and parameters, etc.).
We have found this to be a full proof method for running BPCS batch jobs on
a scheduled basis.

If you have any questions on how we are doing this, I would be glad to
answer any questions.

We have run BPCS jobs under 5.1.1 and 6.0.2 with this tool.
