Order lines re-aligned with DRP

We are currently running the 6.0.4 mixed mode version of BPCS for the April
Cum.  There have been some unexpected happenings when DRP runs.  Here's the
mystery:

        An order is entered and sitting at the Pick Release Status.  There
are times when DRP runs that the Order lines are either hard deleted and/or
renumbered.  The order detail that you worked with on Friday may not
resemble the order detail file that you see on Monday morning.  The
renumbering of lines is causing us some grief.  

This does not happen for all DRP orders and I was thinking that it may just
be a setup issue .  Would you professional DRP users have any suggestions?
