     You may want to check  your system paramaters for order entry



 Automatic Close of Orders Supported                1  (1=Yes  0=No)



 Rules for Automatic Closing of Orders:

     Ordered vs. Shipped Basis                     01  (01=Amount,
02=Quantity)
     Tolerance                                    .01  (Percentage)

     Date for Which to Base Closing                03

       01=Enter     03=Request  05=Last Ship

       02=Schedule  04=Book

     Number of Days Order Should Remain Open     1095



 Rules for Purging of Orders:

     Date for which to Base Purging                03

       01=Enter     03=Request  05=Last Ship

       02=Schedule  04=Book

     Number of Days to Retain Orders             2190



If there is nothing odd in your system parameters, you might want to call
SSA.
