SPM Sales inquiry screen defaults

When users are entering the information for SPM (Sales Performance
Management) sales inquiry reports, we would like to change the default year
code in the "Data Options" section to the current year. Can anyone tell me
how/if this can be done?
I'm running 602 mixed mode (March '98 cum) on the AS/400 (v4r4).
