We are running BPCS CD but I believe that the SPM module is similar to V6. In User/Report Definition Detail page down to 2nd screen. Leave the End Year blank and then the inquiry will default to the current year. Similarly for a column if you leave the Start and End Periods blank then the inquiry will default to the current period or MTD. Or if you enter 01 in the Start Period and leave the End Period blank then the inquiry will default to YTD settings. It's actually explained in the help text. TIP In the inquiry if you only require data in 1 column then enter a year into the other columns for which there in no data in SPM. e.g an old or future year. This year should first be defined in the calendar. This will speed up the inquiry a bit. -----Original Message----- From: Staunton,Wade [SMTP:WStaunton@burco.com] Sent: 01 February 2000 16:23 To: 'BPCS-L@midrange.com' Subject: SPM Sales inquiry screen defaults When users are entering the information for SPM (Sales Performance Management) sales inquiry reports, we would like to change the default year code in the "Data Options" section to the current year. Can anyone tell me how/if this can be done? I'm running 602 mixed mode (March '98 cum) on the AS/400 (v4r4).
