Mike,

Went through the 24 files listed in the program looking for duplicate records. Found some duplicate records & the duplicates were hard deleted. Reran the program & it still is in a loop over something. Anybody have any other ideas?

Look for a duplicate record, perhaps in the RCM, perhaps in the notes file.
This is often the cause of loops.
