Here is what our Help text says on the Status field in PUR500

The Help Text was with BMR  43013

                               Help


Status  (1,0):

Purchase order Header status.

0   New purchase order, not received and not costed.

1   At least one line received or costed.
2   All lines fully received but not fully costed.

3   Purchase Order closed.  All lines fully  received and fully costed.
