Ernst,

You obviously haven't dealt with SSA-GT in the last couple of years.  It is
now a requirement to be current on OGS to get a new key -and- being current
means making up for the years not on OGS.

To put it in the plainest language SSA-GT has nothing to lose by taking a
hard line on Software Keys.  Either you dance to their music or you do
without.
