You can also use WRKWTR for the print writer where it's printing. Then
just page-down once and it will show you this information. As with any of
the commands Jack suggest, press <F5> to update the 'Page being written'
number.

Phil,
Several methods will show you this information.
1. Using the WRKSPLF command... I like to use WRKSPLF UserName.
It will show the Cur Page, 2nd column from right.
2. By displaying Attributes, 8 from WrkOutq, WrkSplf, WrkJob, WrkUsrjob.
(anyplace you can get at the Attributes for a specific spool file).
Page Down about 4 screens and you will see..
Page being written . . . . . . . . . . : 1237
Total pages . . . . . . . . . . . . . : 2361
