We upgraded this weekend from Domino 4.66c to 5.0.4, on an AS/400
running V4R4 at cum 00049. The only problem I had. And it is a very
specific problem to our location due to our using a separate package
for Internet mail was when we changed from a single mailbox to multiple
mail?.box. Don't be paranoid of the multiples unless you are running
NetTalk software.
However read the manuals carefully when you go from R4 to R5 especially
dealing with which internet mail to select: Domino Native or SMTP.
We've not had one call from the users regarding this upgrade. This is
saying a lot.

Subject: Domino 5.04

Hi guys

We have a customer who is insistent that the latest Domino QMU (5.04) be
installed on their system.

Has anyone had any experience of loading this QMU who can share any
experiences or pitfalls with this release on an AS/400 running 4.4 ? Cume
level fairly recent.

Thanks in advance.

Evan Harris
