Mary, in reply to your questions: >What version of Domino are they on now? (I assume 5.03). 5.01.02 gets reported as the current version >When you say cume is fairly up to date, what does that mean? As far as >support is concerned, the AS/400 cume tape should be at least 0049. 0313 is the current cume - one behind, last time I looked. (Actually, thinking about it, maybe two) I know 0049 is available but havent applied it yet, although I have it available. Some more recent PTF's have been applied for certain products, but haven't gone the Cume road yet. >Do they have any hotfixes applied to 5769lnt? This is very important. All >hot fixes should be removed before applying a QMU. Sorry, I'm not familiar with the term hot fix as it applies to the AS/400. Do you mean by this have any patches come directly from Lotus or PTF's that are not available through the normal cume process ? I haven't applied anything I'm aware of except PTF's that have been applied, other than some PTF's (can't recall the number) as advised by the Lotus web site. I have obtained the PTF's mentioned in the 5.04 read me doc available from the web site (4 CD's worth arrived today). I was just hoping to get some thoughts before I moved down this road at the behest of a "the-new-version-will-fix-everything" client. I'm starting to feel glad I asked !
