TIFF File display

I have a DECS connected database and want to add a TIFF or BMP  file to
just about each record.

The command we are using is : @Command([FileImport];"BMP
Image";"/notes/data/009005.BMP") in the postopen
section of the form.

The file does exist in the IFS under Notes/data.  When the detail form is
previewed in designer, we get 'File Not Found'.
If the document is displayed in native notes, we get 'Cannot execute the
specified Command' error.

We are running 5.0.2 of Notes Server on the AS400, AS/400 V4R4, 5.0.3 Notes
Client.
