Roger,
I don't have a sample but you have 2 options.

1. If you have OV/400 and LCCOV you can use OV's calendar tools to send an
meeting notice to a Domino mail user.

2. You can the RPG wrappers for the Domino HiTest APIs provided by
TRIANGLE, See more info at
http://go-achiever.interliant.com/goachiever/tsp.nsf/framesetter/JNIN4BYBK8MEVS4TXGVR
This might be the fastest solution for you if you must use RPG.

Were this my solution I would write a program using the C APIs in C. I
don't have a sample that creates a meeting notice but I can provide a
sample that creates a document if needed.

Subject: Create Task/Calendar item from Native 400 code?

Hello,

Is there a relative simple way to create a Domino Task or Calendar
entry for a user from a native program (RPGLE or CL)? I have a user
that would like to have the billing program create an item in Domino
(user(s) or group) to remind them when to run the finance charges for
the bills that were just created.

Pointers to the appropriate documentation is fine, code examples would
be fantastic.

Thanks
