So, on File, Tools, Server Administration, the Server Administration is
greyed out, right?

Will Start, Programs, Lotus Applications, Lotus Domino Administrator work?

I'm trying to access the Server Admin through the Administrator. File,
Tools, Server Administration. I'm trying to sign a database so the security
messages will stop coming up. I'm running 5.06a server and client.
