Anyone having any luck using the Lotus Support web page the last few days
to report/track Lotus incidents?

I was trying to look up existing incidents and went to this page. Upon
arriving at the site:
https://query.lotus.com/eis/html/index.html
I get a message that this site has moved and to click here. I did.
This takes me to:
http://www.ibm.com/software/support
Then over in the top right is a yellow box for Contact Support. I click on
Submit/track a problem. This takes me to:
http://www-4.ibm.com/software/support/probsub.html
Then I click on Track submitted problems. This takes me to:
http://www-120.ibm.com/software/servlet/supportgw?displayContracts
but first I get a login screen for my user id and password. I tried the
user id and password that used to work to view my Lotus incidents. This
failed. I tried my IBM user id and password. This too failed. Both times
I was very careful with case and what not.
So then I tried Register Now. This takes me to:
http://www-120.ibm.com/software/support/ecare/login?action=register&status=mysupport
I click on the Register button. Fill out the worthless marketing
information, and click Continue. Step 1 is complete. Now Step 2. I click
on the My Agreements. I enter my 10 digit lotus support number. It
doesn't like that. Since I also have an IBM account I tried that. That
failed also. So then I tried my Lotus Passport Advantage User name. That
failed. So I tried my Passport Advantage Id. That failed also.
