What exactly are you looking to do, data downloads or interactive calls to
the SQL server?
We have a utility that may  help with what you need to do.  Our utility is
somewhat similar to DECS & LEI in that it takes data from any SQL
compatible or DB/2 DB and moves it into a Domino DB.  The difference from
DECS & LEI is that we have found our utility to be much more flexible and
reliable.  You are able to perform calculations on the data as you download
it and the utility only brings down new or changed records, which makes it
perfect for daily loads to Domino DB's that get replicated to users PC's.
We can also make SQL calls from the utility.  We originally built the
utility for data loads from ERP (BPCS, JDE, MAPICS) systems into our Sales
Automation application.  However, we have clients who also use it for data
loads into their own custom built Domino apps.  DECS & LEI did not work for
them for one reason or another but our utility has provided what they
needed.  We are now using it to upload data from Domino apps as well.
