What Antivirus solution are you using, Were any reports generated on the "lost" attachments from the AV? Walter Scanlan Advisory Software Engineer Domino For iSeries Internet WSCANLAN@xxxxxxxxxx CLP R4, R5 and Domino 6 Phone 507-286-6088 jtechmeier@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent by: domino400-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx 09/24/2003 10:32 AM Please respond to Lotus Domino on the iSeries / AS400 To: Domino400@xxxxxxxxxxxx cc: Subject: Invalid PDF attachments This document expires on 12/23/2003 AS/400 V5R2 - Notes/Domino 6.0.2CF1 We are using InfoPrint Server to create PDFs of our quotes, which get e-mailed, as an attachment, to the CSR for review and forwarding to clients. All users are using 6.0.2CF1 client and all mail databases have been converted to version 6 template. Some CSRs receive the attachment with the file name under the icon, which works great, and some receive the attachment with the file name on the right hand side of the icon, which in this case is a generic paper icon. When the file name is on the right hand side, the CSRs can open the PDFs just fine, but when they forward this onto the customer, or to me, we are unable to open the attached PDF. An error occurs stating "Sorry, an application to open this document cannot be found." in my Notes client. We are also experiencing an issue where forwarded attachments are "disappearing." I don't know the full explaination of this one yet but will provide more info as I get it. Anyone have any ideas? John Techmeier IT Director The Medalcraft Mint, Inc. 2660 W.
