None of the templates in Notes6 has the fax integrated into it unless you
go and un-comment the code to include it.  It will still fax if you use the
syntax in the To field, but it will not display the Fax to field unless you
modify the templates.

It has been a couple of years, but I seem to recall the extended Mail
template included the Notes Fax integration and that was the only
difference.

If I remember correctly:
  Mail is just Mail/Calendar. No fancy stuff.
  Extended Mail has the fancy stuff needed for Webmail/iNotes.
