This is what Domino 6 does.   Mime conversion is a high cost operation so 
it made sense to notify the administrator of the work.

ND6 expanded the mail logging levels.  Look under logging in the Admin
help.  Those MIME to CD messages are normal.

In R5, Extended mail had the iNotes for Outlook code in it.  Don't know if
that's changed with ND6 or not.  You'll also see two iNotes Web Access
templates - inotes6 & inotes60.  The most current iNotes Web Access
template is inotes6.ntf -- this should give you a blue banner across the
top, inotes60 gives you the old brown banner across the top.
