I was looking at the clean message service and it sound interesting.
Does it also scan outbound mail?

The easiest thing to by far is to either stick an "appliance" between your
mail server and the Internet or perhaps even better a "service".

We are using the latter: http://www.cleanmessage.com/  It costs $1/month
per user with no obligations.  Great thing is that the traffic never even
comes to your network.

There are a lot of appliances out there as well, if you have a lot of
users they might be cost effective.  This is one we were going to look at:
