Mark,

Something doesn't add up. How did you personally drop from 200-300 spams
a day, and yet CleanMessage only catches 150-200 messages a day? And is
that 150-200 messages a day for all of softlanding?

Like the other fellow said, we get thousands blocked from the nice
blacklisting features of R6. That and the fantastic option to make sure
that the email is a valid recipient on our end before clogging up the
mail.box.

Yet we, too, still get enough spam to consider other measures. Boss says
that Sprint might do it either real cheap or no charge, I forget. He's
pursuing that at this time. I did forward this $1/month service.

Any concerns about a third party either:
1) Being down, and thus stopping your email?
2) Adding a performance hit on your turnaround?
3) Gleaning information?

RE: Spam Filter

Good, the more that ask ....

On the other hand it is kind of funny how the first week or so we used it
we had all of these ideas/needs and then quickly we were just on to other
things enjoying the remarkable lack of SPAM in our inboxes and not
worrying about that stuff.

I think the ones they told us were coming relatively soon were:

1) Reports

2) Web interface. User could log in and turn off the option to have
quarantined spam list mailed to them, and instead just visit the web
interface when/if they wanted to release a message.
