http port conflict, but...

I am adding another Domino server to an iSeries already running a Domino 
server.  Done this lots of times.  But on this one I just want to confirm 
something.

On the server XQP02 I have:
TCPIP_TcpIpAddress=0,192.168.0.39
Host name(s):   XQP02.DEKKO.COM
Bind to host name:      Enabled

On the server XDEK01 I have:
TCPIP_TcpIpAddress=0,192.168.0.3:1352
Host name(s):   XDEK01.DEKKO.COM
Bind to host name:      Disabled
The kicker is that XDEK01 also has numerous Web Configuration - Virtual 
Server documents.  A small sampling:
