According to tech note 1093763 it's a simple matter of 

2.        To assign one or many virtual servers to a specific partitioned 
server, you must include the IP address(es) of each virtual server (you 
can also use the host name or DNS name) in the "Host name(s)" field of the 
Server document separated by semi-colons.  The following is an example 
Server document: 

ServerA is the partitioned server, and 9.88.43.113 and 9.88.46.110 are 
both virtual web servers.  (Note: you can have up to 32 entries in this 
field)
Host name(s):   ServerA;9.88.43.113;9.88.46.110 
Bind to host name:      Enabled
