Sounds like a chapter in the Sametime Administrator's Guide, eh?  Probably
because it is.

Bit of a high stress situation now.  But here goes.

We have the DMZ, etc.

We have several iSeries and some of them are lpared.

One LPAR is in the DMZ.  It has two Domino 6.5.1IF1 partitions.  One runs
http://www.dekko.com.  One runs our QuickPlace 6.5.1 server.  The DMZ
iSeries, and both the internal iSeries utilized in the existing Sametime
Cluster, also has:  5722SS1-12 Host Servers, 5722SS1-30 Qshell, 5722SS1-33
Portable App Solutions Environment (not on DMZ), 5722AC3, 5722TC1,
5722JV1-BASE, 5722JV1-5-Java Developer Kit 1.3, 5722JV1-6-Java Developer
Kit 1.4 and more.  WRKPTFGRP looks great for cumes, groups, etc.
On some of our other iSeries are several other Domino servers.
All Domino servers are running 6.0.3 or above.
All iSeries are running V5R3.  (Except for a controlling partition that is
doing nothing else and will be going bye-bye as soon as the 840-570
migration is done.  CE will be in after lunch.)
Currently we have a Sametime cluster set up on two Domino
partitions.  However they are running Sametime 3.1.

Game plan (FEEL FREE TO OFFER SUGGESTIONS):
Upgrade existing Sametime servers to 6.5.1.  Readme.html seems to say I
don't need to do this.
Test.

Install Domino 6.5.2 on DMZ iSeries
Add new Domino 6.5.2 partition to DMZ iseries.
Add 5722SS1-33 Portable App Solutions Environment  to DMZ iSeries
Install
Reinstall cume and hiper group.  Check to see if it really got any new
PTF's and handle accordingly.
Install Sametime 6.5.1
Add sametime to new Domino partition with ADDLSTDOM.

Following instructions in
http://doc.notes.net/uafiles.nsf/docs/iseries651/$File/stconv.pdf
to configure Sametime Conversion Services.

Can I run Sametime Conversion Services on the same PC that is currently
dedicated for Domino Fax for iSeries Conversion Services?
Any special firewall ports for Sametime Conversion Services that are not
listed in the admin guide on Extending your Sametime to the Internet?
