Are the users using inotes for their client and trying to open a mail file with a mailr6 template or vice versa? When a user tries to open the email they receive an error that states "Unable to open the interNotes database, wrong design class" has anyone else seen this error and is there a setting I need to change so they are able to open all of there emails. This is only some emails, not a specific from address and when they cant open the email I open it from my desk and forward it to them and then they are able to open the forwarded email.
