Using an outside service, such as our ISP, Sprint, is working great with 
us.
We also use Trend Micro's Scan Mail for Lotus Notes.  And that's darn 
good.

The only thing that Norton Antivirus for Domino has going for it is the 
Norton name.  Doesn't mean squat here.  I've found Trend to be much more 
up-to-date on their virus pattern files.  I think Norton and Symantec are 
the same thing.
