I can't say I've ever used it, but in a configuration document, under 
Router/SMTP, Restrictions and Controls, SMTP Inbound Controls, in the 
bottom section "Inbound Intended Recipient Controls" there is a line 
called "Deny messages intended for the following internet addresses:  " 
Sounds like it would do the trick for ALL internet mail for a particular 
user. If you want to stop a particular sender from reaching a particular 
user, in R6 you could use a mail journal rule, also in the configuration 
document.
