Mike, I tested out the product from Snapps (?). When I first tested it 
after going to Rob's session at AdvisorLive last year it didn't work too 
well on the iSeries. But they took care of it and I was able to get a 
great trial going. It logged chats well and you could configure it to only 
log certain chats as well. It worked really well in my testing but we 
decided to not pursue a chat logging application for the time being. We're 
apparently not as big-brotherish as some employees would make it out to 
be!

Last time I got a pricing on it, Rob said: 

"$5k which is just over the Win32 pricing.  Includes maintenance (all 
upgrades, tech support) for 1 year, then renewable (optional) at 30%."

Also, like Gregg said, there are some native tools but I think you have to 
program the API, etc... I will forward you offline an example of the chat 
logs that I had sent to my boss.
