I believe you have to create the savf on the destination server first and 
then FTP your file into that target.  So the extension on what you have 
doesn't matter, as it will be dropped into a savf on the far end.  But 
it's been a long time since I did that, too, and I might have it wrong. 
Sorry I can't tell you for certain.

One quick thing... I checked the files that was extracted from the exe 
file I downloaded from the passport site and they don't have the .SAVF 
extension their just QNOTES  QNOTESAP and QNOTESRL.

Can I just add the extension or will it work fine just FTP' the files as 
is?
